Georgia DB Malkom Parrish graduated following the 2017 season, with his last game coming in the CFP title game loss to Alabama.

Now, he’s in trouble with the law in Athens, facing a felony charge and a misdemeanor charge for an incident that occurred on Wednesday.

Per The Athletic’s Seth Emerson, Parrish was arrested for carrying a weapon in a school zone and reckless conduct:

Parrish has been released on bail, but these charges are serious, so we’ll see what comes of them in the next few months.

Parrish played four years at Georgia, recording 135 tackles (9.5 for a loss), two sacks and five interceptions.
