Many people have largely settled on a consensus top four in college football, but there are a couple of wild card teams that have garnered some attention.

Clemson, Ohio State and LSU are Danny Kanell’s top three teams, though Clemson has largely fallen out of favor in the top spot of most mainstream polls. Those teams are commonly in many top four rankings. But Kanell elevated Oregon above Alabama into the No. 4 spot a week after the Crimson Tide were No. 4 last week. The Ducks must’ve impressed him with a 56-24 win at Southern Cal.

LSU and Alabama were off for Week 10, and Clemson knocked off Wofford 59-14.

Kanell also slipped Penn State from No. 5 to No. 6, as he penalized another team for having a week off on the schedule, while Georgia replaced Florida at No. 8 following the Bulldogs 24-17 victory in Jacksonville.
