Ernie Johnson is a proud UGA alumnus, while Charles Barkley was a superstar at Auburn. The duo, along with Shaq and Kenny Smith, make sweet music on the “NBA on TNT” show.

Johnson drew a line in the sand Thursday night, as the Georgia-Auburn rivalry takes center stage on Saturday. Johnson pulled out a UGA helmet and put it on the desk of the set, and it caught Barkley completely off guard.

“When did you put that Georgia helmet on there? I just noticed it. If it would have been a snake it would have bit me,” Barkley said while laughing.

Johnson takes his Georgia football seriously, as Barkley does Auburn football.

Georgia enters Saturday ranked as the nation’s No. 4 team in the latest College Football Playoff rankings, while Auburn is ranked No. 12. The Tigers boast one of the nation’s top defenses, and headlined by that group, Gus Malzahn and company will try and play spoiler in the Deep South’s Oldest Rivalry.

Auburn looks like a team that could wreck the Playoff hopes of either Georgia or Alabama.

The Bulldogs and Tigers kickoff Saturday at 3:30 p.m. ET on CBS Sports.
