One thing is for sure, Vanderbilt won’t have a shortage in quarterback options for the 2020 season. The Commodores announced they added one-time Kentucky QB Danny Clark, who had transferred to a junior college after he left Lexington.

Clark spent the 2019 season at Copiah-Lincoln Community College in Mississippi, where he threw for 2,166 yards and 18 touchdowns with 5 interceptions. Originally from Archbishop Hoban High School in Columbus, Ohio, Clark signed with Kentucky out of high school and spent two years with the Wildcats.

Vanderbilt now has 4 new quarterbacks for this season after Derek Mason’s program lost 4 quarterbacks since last year.

New offensive coordinator Todd Fitch will be working with a group that is also new to the West End. Of the Vanderbilt QBs from last year, one is out of eligibility and none of the other three will be returning for 2020.

The newcomers along with Clark include JUCO transfer Jeremy Moussa, a 3-star pro-style prospect, along with incoming freshmen Ken Seals and Michael Wright.
