It has been over three years since Christine Michael has played in a regular-season NFL game, but the former Texas A&M running back can still run through a defense. Michael scored the first touchdown of his XFL career in the first half of Sunday’s St. Louis BattleHawks-New York Guardians.

Michael showed off his grown-man strength on the 14-yard touchdown run:

Even though Michael’s last NFL statistic cames from the 2016 season, he continued to bounce around the league through 2018. After playing in 15 games for the Seattle Seahawks and Green Bay Packers in 2016, Michael was released by Green Bay in May of 2017 after the Packers selected three running backs in the NFL Draft. He signed with the Indianapolis Colts on June 1, 2017, but was placed on injured reserve two weeks later. Michael signed with the Colts again on March 21, 2018, but was released on Sept. 24, 2018.

Michael began his NFL career as a second-round pick of the Seahawks in 2013. He was traded to the Dallas Cowboys in 2015 after two seasons in Seattle. The Cowboys waived Michael during the 2015 season. Michael was briefly part of the Washington Redskins practice squad before signing with the Seahawks for a second stint in Seattle.

In the NFL, Michael played in 37 regular-season games (starting 9), logging 254 carries for 1,080 yards and 7 touchdowns plus 26 catches for 135 yards and a touchdown. He also played in five postseason games, recording 37 carries for 128 yards and 2 receptions for 17 yards.
