The Georgia Bulldogs have gotten off to a bit of a slow start during the 2021 recruiting cycle based on the model set by coach Kirby Smart and his staff in recent years.

However, on Saturday, the Bulldogs made a huge addition to their class, picking up a big-time 4-star offensive lineman.

As you can see below, Dylan Fairchild — a Georgia native — announced his decision to stay home and play for the Dawgs on Twitter on Saturday afternoon:

Per the 247Sports composite rankings, Fairchild is the No. 7 offensive guard in the class of 2021 and the No. 13 overall recruit from the state of Georgia.

The Bulldogs now have 9 players in their 2021 recruiting class, which currently ranks No. 12 in the nation and No. 4 in the SEC, per 247Sports.
