The Kentucky Wildcats had to scramble for a backup plan when QB Terry Wilson went down with a patellar tendon injury in 2019.

WR-turned-QB Lynn Bowden Jr. was a superstar in what became a run-heavy Kentucky offense, but heading into 2020, Wilson will be back to lead what should be a more versatile Wildcats’ attack.

On Saturday, Wilson took to Twitter to say he was finally back and healthy after last year’s season-ending injury:

Going back to 2018, Wilson threw for 1,889 yards, 11 touchdowns and 8 interceptions. He added 547 yards and 4 scores as a runner.

How will he look early in the season? That’ll be a big key to Kentucky’s success in 2020.
