As Ole Miss fans knew from Day 1, DK Metcalf is an absolute freak of nature.

Metcalf has just one catch so far in the Arizona-Seattle game featured on NBC’s “Sunday Night Football,” but he has made what might end up being the play of the game, coming up with an incredible tackle.

Arizona’s Budda Baker intercepted Russell Wilson deep in Cardinals territory. Baker had the path to a pick-six, but Metcalf wasn’t ready to concede the touchdown.

With ground to make up, Metcalf began sprinting and started gaining on Baker. Before Baker could score, Metcalf got him from behind for a touchdown-saving tackle.

The play looms even larger after Arizona’s offensive possession. The Cardinals came up with zero despite the excellent field position. Kliff Kingsbury decided to go for it about 1.5 yards out, but the Seahawks defense had Kyler Murray scrambling backward with no one open.
