Georgia’s depth at the receiver position looks to be taking a hit as one of the program’s upperclassmen has entered the NCAA transfer portal.

After three seasons in Athens, junior Tommy Bush has entered the NCAA transfer portal leading up to the start of spring football at Georgia.

During his time with the Bulldogs, Bush has registered just one catch. He did not see the field last season.

Bush signed with Georgia out of Schertz, Texas, where he was rated as a four-star prospect at Samuel Clemens High School. Bush was selected to play in the 2018 Under Armour All-America Game.

Here is his bio on the Georgia team site:

2019: Saw his first action of the season vs. Georgia Tech and caught one fourth-quarter pass for a 1-yard gain.
2018: Has seen action in two games this season: vs. Austin Peay and UMass.
