Lebbeus Overton, elite 5-star DL, reclassifies to 2022 and will consider 2 SEC programs in top 5
Lebbeus Overton was the No. 3 overall player in the 2023 recruiting class, according to the 247Sports composite rankings.
But, now, the elite 5-star defensive lineman from Alpharetta, Georgia, has made a big decision to reclassify.
Now, he’ll be a member of the 2022 class and is considering 2 SEC programs — Georgia and Texas A&M:

Those 2 SEC schools will compete with Oregon, Ohio State and Oklahoma for the elite lineman’s services in 2022 and beyond.
Per the 247Sports composite rankings, Overton was the No. 1 defensive lineman in the class of 2023 and the No. 1 overall recruit from the state of Georgia.
We’ll see where he ends up, but he’ll be a huge late boost for any of those 5 schools’ 2022 classes.
