Deshaun Watson now knows his suspension and fine to go along with it.

The NFL and NFL Players Association on Thursday agreed to and announced that the Cleveland Browns quarterback would receive an 11-game suspension and the settlement also includes a fine of $5 million that will go to charity. The deal still is not signed but it is agreed to, Adam Schefter of ESPN reported.

This news follows a recommendation by Judge Sue L. Robinson for Watson to receive a six-game suspension because of his violation of the league’s personal conduct policy and allegations of sexual assault or harassment by 24 women.

The latest development came following Robinson’s recommendation, and as the league brought in Peter C. Harvey, a former New Jersey attorney general who was appointed by Commissioner Roger Goodell to rule on the league’s appeal of a six-game suspension already imposed on Watson by an independent disciplinary officer.

Watson has reportedly settled 23 of 24 civil lawsuits filed by the women.

As part of the settlement, Watson may return for the Browns’ game on Dec. 4 in Houston against his former team.

The Browns traded 3 first-round draft picks — and 5 overall — in March for the three-time Pro Bowler and signed him to a fully guaranteed $230 million contract.

Watson has always denied any wrongdoing. Shortly before his debut for the Browns last week, Watson apologized for the first time “to all the women I’ve impacted.”
