Brandon Council has been a mainstay on the Auburn offensive line for several seasons. But his time with the program, and his college football career, has come to an end.

As you can see below, Council has declared for the NFL Draft. He posted a message to his Twitter account on Thursday:

Council’s career started at Akron, where he donned a redshirt in 2016 before starting 9 times at the left guard slot in 2017. However, his 2018 campaign ended in injury after playing 3 games, all starts at right tackle. He returned in 2019 and started every game for the Zips at various spots up front.

He then transferred to Auburn ahead of the 2020 season, the final one for Gus Malzahn, and played in 4 games before another injury cut his year short. But he returned in 2021 and 2022, starting at both right tackle and left guard.

Now, he will pursue a professional career.
