Alabama put together the No. 1 recruiting class in the country during the 2023 recruiting cycle and is off to a solid start on the recruiting trails for 2024.

But, on Monday, the Tide’s 2024 class took a big hit, losing a commitment from a 4-star tight end out of Georgia.

As you can see below, Martavious Collins, a native of Rome, Georgia, took to Twitter to announce that his recruitment was back open:

Per the 247Sports composite rankings, Collins is the No. 19 ATH in the class of 2024 and the No. 27 overall recruit from the state of Georgia.

Alabama now has 4 players in its 2024 recruiting class, which currently ranks No. 9 in the nation, according to 247Sports.
