Joe Lunardi has updated his latest bracketology at ESPN, and still has 6 teams from the SEC in the field, which is the third-most among conferences behind the Big Ten (8) and Big East (7).

Lunardi, though, also put Florida in the group of “next 4 out” and the Gators have some work to do starting on Saturday against Kentucky, and then next week in the SEC Tournament.

The UK game is set for 2 p.m. on the SEC Network, with Brad Nessler and Clark Kellogg on the call.

Florida is coming off back-to-back road victories, and have won 3 of the previous 4 games, including a late rally to beat Vanderbilt on the road Wednesday night. One of those wins was an upset of SEC leader Auburn, with the loss coming to Arkansas, which is still in the hunt for a share of the regular-season league crown.

As for the rest of the SEC safely in the field, Lunardi has Auburn as a No. 1 seed, Kentucky as a No. 2 seed, Tennessee as a No. 3 seed. Alabama and Arkansas are No. 5 seeds, and LSU is a 6-seed.

With the final regular season weekend ahead of us coming up, and major conference tournaments beginning next week, look for these seedings, and the field to take shape ahead of Selection Sunday.
