Scott Frost getting crushed on social media after Nebraska's latest loss to Purdue
The Scott Frost era at Nebraska is not going well. The Cornhuskers lost to Purdue 31-27 on Saturday. The Boilermakers entered the game with a 2-6 record on the 2019 campaign.
With the loss, Nebraska falls to 4-5 on the season and 8-13 in Frost’s tenure. The second-year head Cornhuskers coach, hired away from UCF after the 2017 season, was hearing plenty of criticism from media members and Nebraska fans on social media after the latest loss.
Here’s a small sample of what’s being said:
Gotta give Scott Frost credit: He is finding worse ways to lose with each passing week.

Scott Frost is now 8-13 (.400) at Nebraska. His predecessor, Mike Riley, who the Huskers paid $6.2 million to leave, was 19-19 (.500) in Lincoln.

Nebraska just lost to a 2-6 Purdue team, playing its backup QB. Theyre 4-5 with wins against South Alabama, Northern Illinois, Northwestern (by 3) + Illinois (by 4). Twitter keeps telling me Jim Harbaugh is the "most overrated coach in college football." Its Scott Frost. By a far

Nebraska fired Frank Solich for going 10-3 in 2003. The Huskers still haven't had that good a record in 16 seasons since then. Scott Frost's team is 4-5 after today's loss to Purdue.

Call me crazy but I’m thinking that Scott Frost is finding that week-to-week coaching in the @B1G is a maybe .. just perhaps .. a wee bit more challenging than week-to-week coaching in @American_Conf #Power5Grind

Is Scott Frost gonna be hiding in a closet tonight???

After 21 games coaching at Nebraska >
Mike Riley = 13 – 8
Scott Frost = 8 – 13
Not sure what is going on at Nebraska @HuskerExtraSip @mitchsherman but Scott Frost is going to get his ass run right out of Lincoln if he cannot do better than that Total Disgrace today! https://t.co/ArfvU54aSC

Scott Frost sucks at coaching. End of story. Bottom dwellers are better than us. NU is the new (insert shitty team name here). Anyone who doesn’t believe should rewatch the game.
