On Friday, Arch Manning’s father, Cooper Manning, confirmed the plans for a trip to Oxford.

“He is going to go to Ole Miss,” Cooper Manning told reporters at the Manning Passing Academy, per Nick Suss of the Clarion Ledger. “We’re going to be up in Mississippi and we’re going to pop over there. We haven’t gotten to know (Ole Miss coach Lane Kiffin) or (offensive coordinator) Jeff Lebby and just go there as a recruit. It’s one thing to go there as a teenager and run around and just be a guy. But to see it and hear the pitch.”

As the grandson of Archie Manning and nephew of Eli Manning, Arch Manning was instantly linked to Ole Miss when his freshman spring game highlights first went viral. The Isidore Newman standout is rated 5-stars and the No. 1 quarterback of the 2023 class on the 247Sports Composite.
