2024 National Championship odds released for first-ever 12-team Playoff

The 2024 National Championship odds have been released as teams around the country brace for the 12-team version of the College Football Playoff!
The college football world is just hours removed from the confetti falling in Houston to mark Michigan’s first national title since 1997. Jim Harbaugh’s program also finished as the unanimous No. 1 team in the final AP Poll to cement the Wolverines as the best team in the country.
While Michigan and Washington ended the season with a matchup in Houston, neither program was included in the top 4 of the odds heading into 2024. Georgia and Alabama led the way with the Bulldogs the early favorite to capture a third title under Kirby Smart.
Ohio State — despite some major changes this offseason — was No. 3 on the odds with Texas not far behind. Michigan, Oregon, LSU, Ole Miss, Florida State and Clemson rounded out the top 10 while Penn State and Notre Dame finalized the top 12.
