Aaron Rodgers explained why some people want to see Deion Sanders fail.

Rodgers joined The Pat McAfee Show on Tuesday to talk about why that is. Rodgers believes that because of the excitement and buzz Sanders has brought to college football, people want to see him lose.

“Deion has created a lot of buzz,” said Rodgers. “When you’re creating that much buzz people want to see you fall. … I applaud Deion because he sticks to his guns. He talks the talk, he walks the walk. He owns it when they get beat.”

Sanders said that Colorado doesn’t have time to throw a pity party after the 42-6 blowout loss to Oregon on the road. The Buffaloes were humbled to say the least after coming into the game undefeated.

Colorado heads back home to take on another tough Pac-12 foe in USC. Caleb Williams and the Trojans will be in Boulder during Week 5.

It won’t be an easy task, even if the game is at Colorado. USC has beaten Colorado in 16 consecutive games. The 2022 Heisman winner and USC will be trying to make it 17-straight wins.

Colorado has on opportunity to bounce back after the loss to Oregon. Kickoff will be at Noon ET on FOX.
