Auburn has lost its two most challenging SEC games so far this season, as the Tigers fell to both Florida and LSU last month. Now, they have another difficult task when they host Georgia on Saturday.

Although Georgia is the No. 4 team in the College Football Playoff rankings, ESPN’s Scott Van Pelt isn’t going with the Bulldogs this week. While giving his betting picks during SportsCenter on Thursday night, Van Pelt not only picked the Tigers, who are 2.5-point underdogs, but he said they’ll beat Georgia.

“I believe they win the game, give me Auburn,” Van Pelt stated.

Even though Auburn has lost two games this season, it could end the year with some impressive wins, as it also still has a remaining home contest against Alabama in the regular-season finale on Nov. 30.

Auburn-Georgia wasn’t the only SEC matchup that Van Pelt gave his betting prediction for.

Van Pelt also discussed the matchup between Florida and Missouri. Even though the Tigers were shut out in their loss at Georgia last week, the ESPN anchor thinks they’ll have a better showing this week, as he picked them as 6.5-point underdogs against the Gators.
