Well, it’s been a few weeks since Georgia State celebrated its victory over Tennessee earlier in the season, but the Panthers struck again on social media Saturday night.

Currently, Georgia State is 6-2 overall, including the Week 1 win over Tennessee, and is having a strong season. Following Tennessee’s win over South Carolina, the Panthers channeled their inner UCF and claimed transitive property wins.

With South Carolina’s shocking upset over Georgia — followed by the Vols knocking off the Gamecocks, the Panthers’ hashtag of #OurCity says it all.

The Panthers have an opportunity to play one ranked team this season — Appalachian State, and the Mountaineers just so happen to play South Carolina, too. So, Georgia State could be claiming bragging rights over the SEC if it were to upset App State and the Mountaineers beat the Gamecocks.

2019 is strange.
