The 2020 college football season may be months away but that isn’t going to stop the action from sportsbooks to grinding to a complete stop when it comes to our nation’s most popular sport.

The latest example of that?

Early 2020 Heisman Trophy odds have been released by SuperbookUSA.com as shared on Twitter by Brett McMurphy of Stadium.

It’s the usual suspects at the very top of the list as Ohio State’s Justin Fields and Clemson’s Trevor Lawrence are both listed at 4/1 to win the 2020 Heisman Trophy. Behind them are a pair of Big 12 passers as Oklahoma’s Spencer Rattler is listed at 12/1 with Texas QB Sam Ehlinger is listed at 14/1.

The next player on the list may surprise you, as Georgia transfer quarterback Jamie Newman is the first SEC player listed on these odds at 14/1. While he may have flown under the radar nationally at Wake Forest, making the move to Athens is already paying off for the graduate transfer signal-caller in terms of exposure.
