In the latest episode of “JC on the SEC,” Saturday Down South senior writer John Crist discusses all the negativity surrounding Tennessee coach Butch Jones.

The Volunteers are fresh off a 41-0 humiliation at the hands of Georgia, and keep in mind that the game was at home in Neyland Stadium. While there hasn’t been any movement in Knoxville, we may be seeing the beginning of the end.

On a much lighter note, does the SEC have a legitimate contender for the Heisman Trophy? Last year, Leonard Fournette’s candidacy seemed over before it even began. The same thing has happened to Derrius Guice this year. Don’t forget about Alabama quarterback Jalen Hurts, though. Even if he doesn’t have huge numbers, he’s been near flawless thus far.

Be sure to watch the video above for JC’s thoughts on those subjects, as well as his “Pick Six” segment that covers several other topics.
