Saturday’s game between No. 7 LSU and South Carolina is in question due to the flooding in The Palmetto State.

Josh Kendall, the Gamecocks’ beat writer for The State newspaper, quoted South Carolina Athletic Director Ray Tanner as saying he wasn’t entirely sure the game would go on as planned, and that a verdict would come in less than two days.

An option that seems to be on the table is changing the venue from Williams-Brice Stadium to Death Valley, giving the Tigers the home field advantage.

The Gamecocks’ official Twitter account, @GamecocksOnline, detailed the process the school is undertaking to make the game happen in South Carolina.

The contest between the Tigers (4-0, 2-0) and Gamecocks (2-3, 0-3) was originally scheduled for noon ET on ESPN.
