Opening SEC bowl game lines released
Some initial betting lines are beginning to come out for bowl games involving SEC teams.
Vegas Insider listed betting lines for the majority of SEC games on Sunday evening. There has already been some movement on a few of them.
In terms of the College Football Playoff, Alabama is a 2-point, consensus favorite over Clemson — at least at the time of this post. Oklahoma is 1.5-point favorite against Georgia.
LSU is favored by two points against Notre Dame in the Citrus Bowl, while Vegas lists South Carolina as a whopping 9.5-point favorite over Michigan.
Louisville is a 5-point favorite over Mississippi State in the TaxSlayer Bowl, according to Vegas Insider.
Auburn is a 9.5-point favorite over UCF in the Peach Bowl, according to a tweet from David Payne Purdum of ESPN:
