When Steve Sarkisian was fired from USC, he admitted he had a problem with alcohol and got the help he needed.

He then came to Alabama, where Nick Saban helped rehab his image. After serving as the Tide’s offensive coordinator during a title game loss to Clemson two years ago, Sark was the Atlanta Falcons’ offensive coordinator this past season and seems to be doing well in his new job.

However, after being dismissed by USC, he filed a $30 million wrongful termination suit against his former school. On Monday, though, TMZ Sports reported that an arbitrator ruled that Sarkisian wouldn’t receive any additional money from the Trojans:

In docs obtained by TMZ Sports, the arbitrator explains, “Sakisian must bear sole responsibility for having actively concealed from USC his claimed disabilities.”

In his suit, Sark claimed USC at the very least owed him the remainder of his huge contract — $12.6 mil — plus damages.

The arbitrator shot him down in every way.

So, it seems the USC-Sarkisian saga is now settled, and Sark will continue serving as the Falcons’ OC.

USC can also breathe a big sigh of relief after Monday’s ruling.
