Featuring on The Colin Cowherd Show on Wednesday morning, FOX analyst Joel Klatt was rather frank when describing the current state of college football.

The CFP Playoffs are incredibly chaotic — and no one quite knows what will happen. Invariably, there will be one (or two) teams feeling incredibly slighted at the outcome.

As a means to even the playing field, Klatt lists multiple things he’d do to help the system. First and foremost, he believes College Football should have a commissioner. As currently situated, the divisions are essentially governing themselves.

Additionally, he lays out a scheduling plan — which would put every conference in the exact same situation.
