Shelby, N.C. linebacker Justin Foster has a new top seven, and the majority are SEC schools.

Foster, who checks in at 6-foot-4, 258 pounds, is ranked as the top prospect from the Tar Heel State by 247Sports composite. The site shows Tennessee and Clemson as the current leaders of the pack according to Crystal Ball predictions. Notre Dame is the last school to visit Foster in Shelby, while his last campus visit was to Kentucky. Earlier this year he visited Tennessee, Alabama and South Carolina.

The No. 4 outside linebacker and No. 61 overall prospect looks to be a priority recruit for UT, Alabama and Clemson, with all three schools assigning both a primary and secondary recruiter to Foster.
