WATCH: Les Miles gets up to go to the bathroom during live broadcast, doesn't turn mic off
When you’ve gotta go, you’ve gotta go, and not even the fact that you’re on live television should stop you.
That was certainly Les Miles’ philosophy on Thursday night, as the former LSU coach couldn’t hold it anymore during an ESPN Film Room broadcast.
In the video below, Miles can be seen standing up and excusing himself, saying “I’m going to use the restroom; see you in a minute.”
Then, Miles forgets to turn off his microphone, and can be heard asking a production staff member to direct him to the bathroom.
Miles is new to the television game, so he’ll learn the ins and outs of the business as he goes along. One of those intricacies is when to use the bathroom, something no one warned the championship-winning coach about prior to his Thursday night debut.
