Next weekend is going to be a huge one across the college football world, but for now, the top teams in the country managed to take care of business on Saturday.

Alabama walloped Mercer, Oklahoma blew out Kansas, Miami avoided an upset bid by Virginia, Clemson routed The Citadel and Wisconsin got past Michigan.

Because of that, all five teams landed spots in ESPN’s updated top-five power rankings, with the Crimson Tide once again locking down the top spot, as you can see below:

Alabama takes on a highly ranked Auburn team next weekend in a much-anticipated Iron Bowl that will decide who wins the SEC West title and advances to the conference championship game in Atlanta.

If the Crimson Tide manage to win that game, it’s not likely that any other team will be able to top them in the rankings at this time next week.
