The SEC had quite a bit of coaching turnover this offseason, with Mississippi State, Texas A&M, Florida, Tennessee, Arkansas and Ole Miss (taking the interim tag off of Matt Luke) all making moves.

However, some of the established SEC leaders are some of the best coaches in the nation, and the Bobby Dodd Coach of the Year preseason watch list confirms that.

On Wednesday, the list was released, and four SEC coaches were named as people to watch. Below, you can see the four coaches named:

  • Nick Saban, Alabama
  • Kirby Smart, Georgia
  • Gus Malzahn, Auburn
  • Will Muschamp, South Carolina

No surprises on that list, as those teams are going to be expected to compete for SEC division titles.

Will someone else sneak into that mix? We’ll have to wait and see.
