As we reach the final stretch of the regular season with rivalry games on the horizon, the rankings are beginning to crystalize.

This week in the Simulated BCS Rankings from BCSKnowHow.com, Georgia got past Oregon and Alabama for the No. 4 position, and Utah re-entered the top 10, while Oklahoma is at No. 7. Both of those top Pac-12 teams had easy wins as Oregon beat Arizona 34-6, while Utah knocked off UCLA 49-3.

Like other mainstream polls, and the consensus opinion, the simulated BCS Standings have LSU, Ohio State and Clemson as the top three teams.

Remaining questions continue to be how Georgia will fare in a likely matchup against LSU in the SEC Championship Game, and if style points such as a close game will play a factor.

Otherwise, that fourth spot is likely to be decided by the Big Ten, Big 12 and Pac-12 championships and margin of victories. Best wins, bad losses and overall strength of schedule opinions are easily the most talked about deciding factors for the bottom tier of the elite teams to ultimately play for the College Football Playoff.
