Report: Austin Peay to be without several key players for Saturday's opening game
Austin Peay and Central Arkansas are supposed to kick off the college football season tonight with a game at 9 p.m. Eastern time on ESPN.
The game is still scheduled to take place, but now Austin Peay is facing some adversity ahead of kickoff.
Per reporter Brian McLaughlin, Austin Peay will be without some key players due to a quarantine situation:
BREAKING: As it turns out, there will be key players not active tonight for Austin Peay, I'm hearing from a source.
Much of it, source says, "is because of the rule where if you live with someone and they test positive you have to self quarantine as well."

As McLaughlin explains, it is seemingly the result of a few players who have had roommates or someone they live with test positive and are quarantining to be cautious.
We’ll see how it affects Austin Peay during Saturday night’s game. Tune in to ESPN at 9 p.m. Eastern time to find out.
