The AP Poll has been released following Conference Championship Weekend.

This week, it won’t get much fanfare, as the College Football Playoff final rankings will overshadow it on a national scale, but it could give a glimpse into what to expect from the CFP committee.

A total of 6 SEC teams — No. 1 Georgia, No. 5 Alabama, No. 6 Tennessee, No. 16 LSU, No. 20 South Carolina and No. 24 Mississippi State — cracked the top 25 as we enter bowl season.

Ole Miss was among the teams also receiving votes in this week’s poll.
