He was such a great quarterback for us here at UNA. I'm friends with his father-in-law, and my in laws are close to his family back in Amory. There's absolutely no one I've run across who says anything negative about this guy. I think Southern Miss made a great hire, and he will be a well-known coaching name in the near future.
She was such a breath of fresh air, and really rocketing up the sports world until she joined ESPN. Like a really good wrestler joining the WWE, they buried her. I would expect her to turn up connected with Outkick or a similar outlet soon. She has too much talent not to make her comeback if she wants to. Then again, in today's sports journalism world, I'm not sure who would really want to come back.
I remember when Kirk was a good thing for college football. It seems over time as you go has become massive and he has become so cranky and critical of everything. Perhaps it would be a good time for him to take a season off, remember what's good about life, then come back with a different attitude. Nice guy Kirk was a good balance for ESPN & Gameday. But this version now is just another Chris Fowler jerk.
So did Franklin buy ad space for his supposed podcast on this site? This definitely reads as advertising clickbait, not sports journalism.
I am surprised that by now popular websites like this one don't have someone to edit the articles. Shoot, just send it to your wife to proofread it before hitting submit. That would be better. For example, he wrote "the chain in the link" above. Normal human stuff to mess that up, but a quick proofread by a different set of eyes would catch it. Whether it's the written word or engineering drawings, anything you create professionally needs to be looked at by a fresh set of eyes. Your brain just doesn't allow you to do your own proofing.
I feel ya. Then comment sounds exactly like the way Tennessee fans feel. In Big Orange parlance, we call that BVS, or Battered Vol Syndrome. Perhaps Carolina fans have their own version, BCS? Battered C--- Syndrome? Oh shoot, better make it Battered Rooster Syndrome out something like that...
I agree with boxster. It wasn't necessarily a terrible play call, as much as poor execution, especially by that tight end #4. His man ran unabated to the ball carrier. He could've at least stood in the way.
That is a terribly written article. It's as if draft notes were accidentally published. Does no one proofread?
Interesting approach. The curse of Orgeron has a national championship trophy on it's shelf.
LSU better get their act together and deal with this fool. There's absolutely nothing about this clown that's so great it's worth taking an NCAA beating for. One thing is for sure, no matter what happens in the NCAA investigation, no one will ever mistake Will Wade for a character guy again.
