Dillon Gabriel, take a bow.

The Oklahoma quarterback was unstoppable Saturday afternoon in Dallas at the Red River Rivalry game, which once again delivered as it has in the past. The No. 12 Sooners downed No. 3 Texas 34-30 in a back-and-forth battle where the Sooners took some revenge from last season’s one-sided Texas win.

The Sooners are legit, folks. They won with their defense and their offense, but it was Gabriel who put the finishing touches on a truly excellent game rom Brent Venables’ squad. He led a 5-play, 75-yard touchdown drive and found the end zone with under 20 seconds to spare, giving his team a 34-30 lead.

Gabriel finished with 285 yards and a touchdown while leading the Sooners in rushing with 113 yards and a touchdown.
