The AP Poll has been released ahead of Week 7 of the 2022 college football season.

Alabama retook the No. 1 spot from Georgia following Week 5 action. Now that Week 6 is in the books, though, the Crimson Tide have fallen. Now, Georgia is back at No. 1, followed by No. 2 Ohio State, No. 3 Alabama, No. 4 Clemson and No. 5 Michigan.

A total of 6 SEC teams made the top 25. Along with Georgia and Alabama, No. 6 Tennessee, No. 9 Ole Miss, No. 15 Mississippi State and No. 22 (tie) Kentucky cracked the rankings.

Florida, South Carolina and LSU were among the teams also receiving votes in this week’s AP Poll.
