Since the new NFL year started on Thursday, it’s been a hectic time for the league’s free agents.

Many former SEC players have ended up with new squads in the past three days, while others are still waiting to see which team they’ll suit up for in 2017.

With all that movement (including five former Gamecocks moving to new squads), it may be tough for SEC fans to find their favorite players on Sundays this fall.

So, here are all the former SEC players who have inked new contracts (either signing with a new team or re-signing with their old team) so far this offseason:

  • D.J. Fluker, OL, Alabama — New York Giants
  • Captain Munnerlyn, DB, South Carolina — Carolina Panthers
  • Stephon Gilmore, DB, South Carolina — New England Patriots
  • D.J. Swearinger, DB, South Carolina — Washington Redskins
  • Russell Shepard, WR, LSU — Carolina Panthers
  • Daren Bates, LB, Auburn — Tennessee Titans
  • Karlos Dansby, LB, Auburn — Arizona Cardinals
  • Lerentee McCray, LB, Florida — Jacksonville Jaguars
  • Barkevious Mingo, LB, LSU — Indianapolis Colts
  • Reshad Jones, DB, Georgia — Miami Dolphins
  • Dre Kirkpatrick, DB, Alabama — Cincinnati Bengals
  • Alshon Jeffery, WR, South Carolina — Philadelphia Eagles
  • Larry Warford, OL, Kentucky — New Orleans Saints
  • Chance Warmack, OL, Alabama — Philadelphia Eagles
  • Brandon LaFell, WR, LSU — Cincinnati Bengals
  • Nick Fairley, DL, Auburn — New Orleans Saints
  • Aaron Murray, QB, Georgia — Los Angeles Rams
  • Andrew Whitworth, OL, LSU — Los Angeles Rams
  • Patrick DiMarco, FB, South Carolina — Buffalo Bills
  • Charles Johnson, DE, Georgia — Carolina Panthers

Then, there’s Martellus Bennett, the former Texas A&M tight end who recently signed with the Green Bay Packers. When he was an Aggie, though, Texas A&M was part of the Big 12. But, since the Aggies are now in the SEC, we’ll give him a shoutout.
