More than 66,000 people are likely to be at Heinz Field in Pittsburgh on Sunday afternoon when the Steelers take on the Jacksonville Jaguars with a spot in the AFC Championship Game on the line.

Fortunately, one threat of mass violence at the game has been stopped before it even got started.

According to KSAT 12 in San Antonio, a Texas man was arrested for threatening to commit a mass shooting at the game. The report says the suspect, 30-year-old Yuttana Choochongkol, sent the following letter to a CBS station in Pittsburgh:

“This Sunday’s playoff game in Pittsburgh is going to be like no other. Why? Because it’s going to be my last day on this pathetic planet. So why not take some innocent lives with me?  The Steelers game will be packed, and that’s when I plan on killing Steelers football players and fans before taking my own pitiful life. After all, what does a person that is going to commit suicide have to lose? Absolutely nothing. So why not take out some million dollar Steelers players before me? Sounds like a good idea. Hahahahahah”

Choochongkol also uploaded a similar message to the Heinz Field webpage before authorities tracked him down in San Antonio.

Choochongkol will be charged with making a terroristic threat to the public for his actions prior to Sunday’s playoff game.
