Week 8 in the SEC is almost exclusively conference matchups.

Save for LSU hosting a very good Conference USA team in Western Kentucky, every game played today will be good, old-fashioned SEC contests. That means conference records are at stake, division standings will be shaken up and households will be torn apart.

Florida, Georgia and South Carolina all have byes this week, but that shouldn’t stop the rooting interest of those teams’ fans. The Gators and Bulldogs will be keeping an eye on the SEC East teams below them in the standings, and South Carolina pays a visit to Texas A&M next week.
