D’antre Robinson picked up 60 scholarship offers during his recruitment. The blue-chip defensive lineman out of Florida has found a home in the SEC.

Robinson has committed to play for Texas. He verbally pledged to Steve Sarkisian’s program during a Thursday ceremony. He also shared a commitment video on social media.

A standout of Jones High School in Orlando, Robinson is listed as measuring 6-4, 315 pounds. On the 247Sports Composite, Robinson is rated 4-stars, the No. 37 defensive lineman, No. 50 recruit in the state of Florida and No. 353 prospect overall in the Class of 2024.

Robinson chose the Longhorns over Alabama, Florida, Georgia, LSU, South Carolina, Texas A&M, Colorado, Maryland, Ohio State and others. It looked to be a Texas-Florida battle heading into Thursday’s announcement.

With Robinson on board, Texas now has pledges in its 2024 class, which is ranked No. 19 on the Composite. Horns fans can get a preview of what Robinson will bring to Austin by checking out his junior season highlights below, via Hudl:
