  1. Mississippi State enters its Thursday night game against Missouri with a 17-game winning streak against unranked opponents, last losing to eventual national runner-up Auburn in 2013.
  2. The Missouri defense ranks fifth in the nation in tackles for loss, but the Tigers face a Bulldogs team that has allowed the 12th fewest tackles for loss this season.
  3. Vanderbilt ranks 122nd in the nation in turnover margin, giving the ball away 11 more times than they have taken it away through eight games.
  4. Meanwhile, Florida ranks second in the nation in turnover margin, taking the ball away from opponents 13 more times. It could be a long day for the Commodores.
  5. The Kentucky offense ranks second in the SEC with a 89-percent red zone conversion rate.
  6. Meanwhile, Georgia leads the conference in red zone defense, allowing opponents to score just 69 percent of the time they are inside the Bulldogs 20.
  7. Arkansas linebackers Brooks Ellis and Dre Greenlaw have combined for 48 tackles during the Razorbacks’ last two conference games (a loss at Alabama and win against Auburn).
  8. Laquon Treadwell has set an Ole Miss record by recording at least 100 yards receiving and a receiving touchdown in four consecutive games.
  9. South Carolina has yet to take a lead into halftime during its first eight games, and last week’s tie score at Texas A&M was the first time the game went to the half without the Gamecocks trailing.
  10. Tennessee has recorded 200 or more rushing yards in five of its eight games this season, helping the Vols to a 214.1 average, which ranks second in the SEC.
  11. Kicker Daniel Carson has made all eight field goals he has attempted for Auburn during the past three games, and leads the nation with only five kickoffs returned all season.

  20. Alabama is 19-7 in games against Top 10 opponents since Nick Saban took over as head coach in 2007.
