- Mississippi State enters its Thursday night game against Missouri with a 17-game winning streak against unranked opponents, last losing to eventual national runner-up Auburn in 2013.
- The Missouri defense ranks fifth in the nation in tackles for loss, but the Tigers face a Bulldogs team that has allowed the 12th fewest tackles for loss this season.
- Vanderbilt ranks 122nd in the nation in turnover margin, giving the ball away 11 more times than they have taken it away through eight games.
- Meanwhile, Florida ranks second in the nation in turnover margin, taking the ball away from opponents 13 more times. It could be a long day for the Commodores.
- The Kentucky offense ranks second in the SEC with a 89-percent red zone conversion rate.
