Heading into spring practices, there are plenty of interesting storylines around college football. From a quarterback battle at Alabama to Georgia’s incoming recruiting class, many of those stories center around SEC teams.

It’s still early, obviously, but experts are beginning to figure out how they think the 2018 season will play out.

On Wednesday, ESPN released its first FPI rankings. FPI takes into account teams’ past performances, recruiting classes, returning starters and coaches, among other things.

Clemson took the top spot in the rankings, which you can find here. However, here’s where the 14 SEC squads ended up in the preliminary rankings:

  • No. 3 — Georgia
  • No. 7 — Auburn
  • No. 16 — Mississippi State
  • No. 20 — Texas A&M
  • No. 22 — Florida
  • No. 26 — LSU
  • No. 28 — South Carolina
  • No. 29 — Mizzou
  • No. 45 — Ole Miss
  • No. 52 — Tennessee
  • No. 54 — Arkansas
  • No. 56 — Kentucky
  • No. 76 — Vanderbilt
