WATCH: Paging Hingle McCringleberry: Jaguars DL draws flag for three-pump sack celebration
Though the NFL has relaxed its celebration rules in recent years, there are still some things that are off-limits, including pelvic thrusting.
Jacksonville Jaguars DL Yannick Ngakoue, a former Maryland standout, learned that the hard way on Saturday, earning a penalty flag after sacking Minnesota Vikings QB Kirk Cousins during a preseason contest.
As you can see in the video below, Ngakoue draws a flag following his third pump:

Of course, Ngakoue’s celebration drew immediate comparisons to a famous (and hilarious) “Key & Peele” sketch, during which fake football player Hingle McCringleberry repeatedly draws flags for his touchdown celebrations. Watch the skit below:
Fortunately, Ngakoue learned his lesson during the preseason, so he likely won’t be doing that celebration during a regular-season game.
