Vanderbilt is on a bit of a roll on the recruiting trail at the moment as the Commodores just picked up a commitment from Atlanta native Alan Wright a day after landing a commitment from Michigan native Ezra McAllister.

Wright announced his commitment to Coach Mason’s program on Wednesday.

The 6-foot, 185-pound Woodward Academy standout is rated as a three-star prospect, the No. 115 safety in the nation and the No. 107 overall prospect from the state of Georgia in the 2021 recruiting cycle by 247Sports Composite Rankings.

Wright committed to Vanderbilt over scholarship offers from Arkansas State, ECU, Georgia State and UMass. He is currently the third-highest rated prospect committed to Vanderbilt’s 2021 recruiting class.
