My picks for FAU-San Diego State

Johnell Davis “higher” 20.5 points+rebounds+assists. When the Owls need a bucket, Davis is the guy. They’re going to need some individual heroics against the Aztecs’ elite defense, and so far this March, Davis has been up to the task. In FAU’s last 3 tourney games, Davis has hit the over on this total comfortably. Even if this is a low-scoring matchup on Saturday night, Davis will make enough plays to win this contest.

Bryan Greenlee “higher” 10.5 points+rebounds+assists. Greenlee has eclipsed this total in all 4 of Florida Atlantic’s NCAA Tournament games. Yes, even against Tennessee’s stifling defense, he hit this mark. San Diego State also has a stout defense, but someone is bound to get open. Greenlee is shooting with confidence these days and it wouldn’t be a surprise to see him knock down 2 or 3 long-range shots to give himself a good chance of hitting the over.

Matt Bradley “lower” 17.5 points+rebounds+assists. This has been a rough tournament for the San Diego State star. Against Creighton, he recorded only 2 points, 4 rebounds and 2 assists. Against Alabama, he had 6 points, 1 rebound and no assists. Playing against Furman, he had 10 points, 3 boards and 2 dimes. In those 3 games, he’s 0-for-6 from 3-point range. If the Aztecs are going to advance to the title game, they’ll have to look elsewhere for their production.

How many picks should you make?

The more picks you string together, the higher the “multiplier” or payout. Of course, the more you string together, the less likely you are to win because all of the picks have to hit in order for you to win.

A 3-way parlay of the picks I listed above would pay out $60 on a $10 bet:

If you want to play it safe and only go for a 2-way contest, I’d recommend eliminating Davis from the parlay and only going with Bradley and Greenlee. Either way, it’s sure to be an exciting game on Saturday night in Houston!
