Sleeper Fantasy is a great place to play fantasy football, as it has quickly become one of the most popular apps in that space. But Sleeper’s picks section is also elite, and college hoops fans can enjoy daily offerings to try to win real money!

With the 2023-24 regular season for men’s hoops officially underway, Tuesday night provides some excellent opportunities to enter contests and win big.

Auburn at Baylor may be the highlight of the night, but Michigan also makes its season debut. Maryland, Indiana, Iowa and others are also in action for what should be an intriguing slate of games.

My Picks for Tuesday, November 7

Olivier Nkamhoua, Michigan: Higher than 12.5 points

The former Tennessee Volunteer is now in Ann Arbor and will try to establish himself as the top post player for the Wolverines. Against UNC-Asheville on Tuesday night, expect him to show off his skills early and often and finish with at least 13 points.

Drew Pember, UNC-Asheville: Higher than 19.5 points

Pember is another former Tennessee Volunteer who became a star last year in Asheville, averaging 20.9 points per game. After some struggles against major conference teams in 2022-23, he’ll look to prove he can dominate against the big boys. Michigan will miss Hunter Dickinson’s presence in the paint defensively, so Pember could feast in the low post and on second-chance opportunities.

Jahmir Young, Maryland: Higher than 16.5 points

Young fit seamlessly into the Maryland offense last year after transferring from Charlotte, averaging 15.8 points per game for the Terps. He was solid even against Big Ten opponents. Now that he’s back for another year with the Terps, he could challenge for the B1G Player of the Year award. I like him to get his season started strong with 17+ points against Mount St. Mary’s tonight.

RayJ Dennis, Baylor: Higher than 14.5 points

RayJ Dennis is a new Baylor player, transferring in after starring at Toledo the past 2 years. He averaged 19.5 points per game in 2022-23 and torched MAC competition regularly. Will his game transfer to the Big 12? This will be a great test for him out of the gates. The Bears are hoping he can replace some of Keyonte George’s productivity. He should get plenty of opportunities in this matchup.

Johni Broome, Auburn: Lower than 8.5 rebounds

Baylor has some front-court depth and size, so snagging rebounds won’t be a piece of cake for Broome this year. Yes, he still has the talent to be an elite rebounder, but this is a tough first game. It could take some time for Broome to get back to his dominant post play.

How Many Picks Should You Make?

On Sleeper, every pick has a different multiplier, so you can play around to get your potential payout as high as you’d like. The 5 picks I detailed above have a 15.39x multiplier, so I’ll win $76.95 on a $5 entry if all 5 picks are correct:

Obviously, if you eliminate some of the legs of my contest, you’ll have a better chance of winning, but your multiplier will also go down. Whatever picks you want to make, just be sure to get them in before tipoff on Tuesday night!
