Baylor has just been hit with yet another Title IX lawsuit, marking the seventh such lawsuit against the school. Allegations in this lawsuit allege a system of gang rape and druggings by the football team during former head coach Art Briles’ tenure at the school. The seven lawsuits against Baylor currently involve 15 different women.

The plaintiff in this case, a former Baylor volleyball player, has chosen to remain unidentified at this time. According to the lawsuit, Baylor football players used gang rapes as a bonding experience with younger players. Freshmen were told to bring females to parties, where they would be drugged and raped by multiple players. These incidents were allegedly photographed and filmed and shared amongst the football team, according to Phillip Erickson of the Waco Tribune-Herald.

A copy of the allegations against Baylor has been obtained by ESPN College Football reporter Mark Schlabach. Here’s a section of the suit posted on Twitter by Schlabach:

Schlabach also recently posted a detailed article outlining more of the latest allegations against Baylor.

For their lack of control, several Baylor administrators have been let go by the school. Briles was fired, along with former Baylor athletic director Ian McCaw — although Liberty soon hired McCaw for the same position. School president Ken Starr was also fired following news of these scandalous behavior surrounding the football program.
