Like everyone else, Auburn fans are enjoying their Thanksgiving dinners.

And after eating their first plate, many of them will go back for seconds. Hence this button sold by the Auburn University Bookstore:

There is, of course, another meaning to the word “seconds” on the button. In 2013, the last time the Iron Bowl was played at Jordan-Hare Stadium, with the score tied 28-28, officials put one second back on the clock so that Alabama could try a 57-yard field goal that would have won the game.

Most Auburn fans know what happened next. The kick by Alabama’s Adam Griffith fell short, and was caught by Auburn’s Chris Davis in the back of the end zone. Davis took off, and raced 109 yards for the game-winning touchdown. That touchdown gave the Tigers a 34-28 win over their archrivals and put them in the SEC Championship Game. Auburn would go on to make it to the national championship game.
