2014 Vanderbilt vs Missouri
Missouri ran the ball effectively and kept Vanderbilt’s miserable offense from making progress in a 24-14 win at Faurot Field.
The Tigers (6-2, 3-1) still struggled to move the ball through the air, though Maty Mauk found WR Bud Sasser for two passing touchdowns. The first, from 13 yards, extended a 10-7 halftime lead in the third quarter.
Braylon Webb intercepted his third pass in two games, picking off Johnny McCrary, the fourth Vanderbilt quarterback to start a game this season.
Marcus Murphy and Russell Hansbrough combined for 180 rushing yards in the win.
