The Georgia defensive line is in a bit of a holding pattern following this season.

Yes, players like John Atkins, Trent Thompson, Jonathan Ledbetter and Daquan Hawkins-Muckle make this one of the deepest lines in the SEC, but all of those players will likely be gone by next season due to graduation or the NFL Draft.

With head coach Kirby Smart reeling in three four-star prospects on the D-line in the 2017 recruiting class alone, the future depth appears set as well.

But what about the space in between? According to 247Sports, the Bulldogs will be looking at Texas Tech transfer Breiden Fehoko this hole.

Fehoko, who started 25 games over the last two years at DT for the Red Raiders, will visit Athens on April 13th. This could be his final visit, as he has already met with Auburn and Louisville, and will head to LSU this weekend. SEC powers Alabama, Ole Miss and Kentucky are also in the mix for Fehoko, who will have to sit out next season due to eligibility rules.

During his time in Lubbock, the Hawaiian lineman recorded 38 tackles, 7.5 tackles for loss and two sacks. He was ranked as the nation’s eighth DT and a four-star recruit by 247Sports Composite when he signed with the Red Raiders in the 2015 recruiting class.
